Introduction: |
Radha Structure & Engineering Works (P) Ltd. was
founded more than two decades ago.Since its inception
Radha Structure with high spirit and ambition, is playing
major role in the development of infrastructure in Nepal.Radha
structure has been at the forefront of engineering and
commercial development. We are primarily engaged in the
design, fabrication and installation of steel structures
and other products and services. We are one of the first
companies to introduce innovativeness and professionalism
in the field of structural steel fabrication. Like wise
we are most probably the first company in Nepal to design
and manufacture laboratory equipments required for engineering
college. We have more than two decades of experience in
different fields. In these years company has crossed several
frontiers and established several milestones . we are
well known among our esteemed customers for the superior
quality of works.
We believe in lasting and prosperous relationships with
all stakeholders such as our valued customers, suppliers,
clients and partners. Over the past decades of experience,
Radha structure has cultivated the ability to respond
quickly to the needs of the markets. The company is committed
to pursuing the strategy of providing customized products
and services to the customers to meet the specific and
changing needs.

by taking membership of World Trade Organization (WTO).

professionals. We have on of the well developed organizational
set-ups to run the company. We believe in development
of people and respect them as a core source of organization.

company through Radha’s Quality Management, which

Office: |
Radha has a well equipped office establishment
consisting of Markting, Finance, Accounts, Administration
and Technical sections along with a Library and
Meeting / Training room facility. A well equipped
STADD and CAD center is a part of Design Section.

Factory: |
Radha has installed a wide range of machines and
equipments in its factory to meet its daily production
quality and speed. The Factory is being run with
the help of eight different sections named as: Material
Preparation, Structural Steel, Suspension Bridge,
Window and Door, Welding, Machining, Galvanizing
and miscelleneous.
Each section is headed by one section incharge.
The 'Assembly Inspector' and Welding Inspector'
are also assigned to inspect the routine work for
better quality. All the section incharges and inspectors
are to be reported to Production Manager and Quality
Manager. On to of that the overall activities are
actively controlled by Production Director.
The entire procedure of production and quality measures
are run in accordance with "Production Manual",
"Quality Manual", and "EMS manual".

Welfare: |
| Our main strength is manpower and we are proud of them
who have supported us in bringing Radha Structure at the
present status. Company's policy is to make industrious
culture based on mutual respect and teamwork. We have
in-house training programmes to hone the skills and experties
of professionals and experts. They also participate in
national and international level seminars, conferences,
and workshops to get more exposure. We organise Organizational
Development Workshop at least twice every year to enhance
group cohesiveness and interpersonal skills. In regular
meetings they are free to air their all kinds of grievances
and it is ensured that their problems are solved. We organise
several annual programmes in which all employees participate
enthusiastically. We celebrate 'May Day' and 'Vishwakarma
Pooja' every year. On this occasion outstanding employees
are awarded several annual prizes for their contribution.
Similarly, we have established welfare fund in which company
also contributes substantially. We are proud of our industrious
culture and excellent teamwork. |
